PURPOSE : Provided is a waterproof coating material composition which is able to be made into a one-pack material, be packaged in premix type and reduce the period for construction. CONSTITUTION : A waterproof coating material composition comprises 12-30 wt%% of a cement mineral-based binder; 23-70 wt%% of at least one re-emulsion type powder resin for mixing cement selected from ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA) or vinyl acetate/vinyl versatate(Va/VeoVa); and 18-47 wt%% of silica. Preferably the ratio of binder, the powder resin and silica is 1 : 2.5 : 1.5 by weight. Preferably the cement mineral-based binder comprises 30-47 wt%% of common portland cement; 25-30 wt%% of calcium aluminate cement; 3-10 wt%% of anhydrous gypsum; and 25-30 wt%% of expandable calcium sulfoaluminate. © KIPO 2007
