A The dental implant system consists of implants, head parts and various tools, which are necessary for the application. Endosseous dental implants have recesses for the tool with a conical compound in full-length, so as to use the implant in the upper or lower jaw for dental Recoveries. The recesses can be complete in a manner, so that an uninterrupted conical surface is formed. The implant is mounted in the jaw bone, by reacting it with a special tool is in it clean-screwed. The head part is either directly screwed with its conical surface in the implant or, when the header consists of two parts, with a screw fixed. The conical forms a part of the head member with the cone in the implant, via the recesses uninterrupted seal, so that the inner cavities are delimited in the implant to 100 percent biologically. There are two different types of head parts : simple head parts with conical body and thread and two-part head parts, which additionally also have a locking screw. Ordinary head parts are screwed into the implant with the matching tool, the two-part head parts are first aligned, then with the aid of frictional forces between conical surfaces and then finally fixed provisionally fixed with a screw.
