PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for manufacturing a rare-earth bond magnet capable of maintaining a dimensional accuracy of a mold dimension to obtain a high dimensional accuracy without moving a green body to a next process with its dimension and shape unstable due to handling in the traditional way. SOLUTION : The method for manufacturing the rare-earth bond magnet includes the steps of : adding a binder resin to a powder of the rare-earth magnet alloy; molding the powder of the rare-earth magnet alloy in the predetermined shape; and solidifying to mold the binder resin by the curing reaction by heat. In the curing process, an induction heating is used for the heat source to cure the binder resin in the mold for forming the predetermined shape. COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
