PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for sorting an earth and sand and a waste material which is for separating the earth and sand and the waste material from the mixture of the waste material and the earth and sand such as rubbles generated from the construction site and has no problem in clogging of sieves and a reduction of the earth and sand recovering volume due to adherence of the earth and sand and the waste material or the like. SOLUTION : This is a method for sorting an earth and sand and the waste material subjected to screening the earth and sand and the waste material by feeding the earth and sand and the waste material into a drum which is driven by rotation in the same direction and agitating the earth and sand and the waste, after reducing water content by neglecting an object to be treated containing the earth and sand and waste material under dry atmosphere.
