PURPOSE : An article fabricated of a biodegradable resin main body and a conductive coating film is provided to be easily degraded under the ground while greatly preventing generation of waste materials and to reduce generation of CO2 by half, compared to combustion of petroleum based resins, by fabricating the biodegradable resin main body and coating the surface of the main body with the resin material containing conductive ingredients.
CONSTITUTION : The article(14) has a biodegradable resin main body(25) and a coating film(26) containing conductive ingredients which is closely applied to the surface of the main body. The coating film functions as an electromagnetic shield or earth and is simply stripped from the surface of the main body by means of sand blasting. The biodegradable resin material includes polylactic acid resin, cellulose acetate resin, poly acetic acid cellulose resin and/or others. The main body has a constant thickness of about 1mm. The coating film is formed by curing a flow type paint. The conductive ingredients contained in the coating film include at least one selected from gold, silver, copper, nickel, tin, platinum, iridium, rhodium, ruthenium, indium, palladium, aluminum, titanium, chromium, cobalt, boron, silicon, gallium, arsenic, carbon, iron, zinc and lead.
