PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a natural energy-releasing composition excellent in static eliminating property, and to provide fibers and textiles containing or bonded with the composition. SOLUTION : A new bidirectional composition eliminating surplus electricity of the body to remove pain of an affected part and to promote therapy, and alternatively, giving natural energies such as anion, geomagnetism and far infrared radiation, which are liable to be lacked in moderns, is provided, wherein the new bidirectional composition comprises a mixed heated compound which includes one or more kind selected from silver and alumina, a silicate mineral such as tourmaline, iron, barium oxide, strontium oxide and a rare earth mineral or a ceramic, so as to provide a powder and/or a composition excellent in static eliminating property and to provide a fiber kneaded with or bonded with the powder or the composition.
