Proposed useful model relates to the field of metallurgy of non-ferrous, rare, scattered, rare-earth and radioactive metals and can be, in particular used for complex processing of, of detoxication and decontaminating liquid radioactive wastes-solutions and waste water, formed in the process of loparite concentrate chlorination-titanium-niobates of rare-earth, containing apart from the main components as impurities iron, aluminium, thorium, uranium and child products their decay. Or problem is solved with achievement of higher than the said technical result of the proposed utility model- "hardware-technological complex for extraction of thorium from solutions, decontamination of secondary radioactive wastes and extraction of their valuable components", including reactors-converter of solutions from hydro wash exhausted salt reflux filter melt (SOF)-and shop obmyvochnykh water, tank with stirrer for preparation of solution hydro ksida of sodium, connected through metering with reactors-converters, filter-extruders for isolating from pulp radioactive oksigidratnykh sediments and sediments, containing rare, dissipated and rare-earth metals, drying chamber, prokalochnuyu furnace, equipped with unloading device and system of dust collection. New in proposed technical solution is, that " hardware-technological complex for recovery of thorium from solutions, decontamination of secondary radioactive wastes and extraction from valuable components " has additionally collecting tanks-reclaimers solutions from hydro wash of spent melt SOF and shop obmyvochnykh water, reactor for preliminary treatment of solution (of pulp)- SOF , having compound through metering tanks for preparation of solution hydro ksida sodium and additionally installed tank with mixer for preparing a solution of high molecular flocculant, for example hydro lizovannogo polyacrylamide and dosing. Branch pipe lower drain of this reactor is directed on vacuum nutch-filter, unloading unit sediment with nutch-filter has connection with installed before drying chamber the mixer, outlet pipe union nutch-filter for purified from solid solution phase is connected with reactor, equipped with heated jacket, stirrer, fixed on the cover of the reactor basket, filled with steel scrap, reactor has loading hatch with hopper-batcher magnesium scraps, for example, in the form of chips and/or granules, on the cover of the reactor there is a union for compressed air supply through distribution device, installed in upper part of reactor and branch pipe for output from free reactor zone gas-air mixture, reactor is connected through metering with tank for preparation of solution hydro ksida sodium and tank for preparing solution of high molecular flocculant, branch pipe lower discharge from the reactor through stop valves and pump is connected with filter press FP -1 for isolating from pulp of sediment hydroxyhydrate thorium, a trough filter-press has unloading hatch, connected through locking device with collecting vessel and with a heated tank repulpatorom with mixer connected through batcher with tank for preparation of solution hydro ksida sodium and branch pipe lower drain tank- repulpatora is connected through pump with filter-press FP -1, which is connected with heated reactor-neutralizer solutions SOF , all reactors for treatment of solutions and shop obmyvochnykh water provided with rods with electrodes ph meters, having mating with shutoff valves, installed on feed line solution of hydro ksida of sodium from metering in reactors, output mother solutions after isolation from pulp radioactive sediment of oxyhydrates of metals on filter press FP -2 is directed into reactor for preliminary treatment of solution of SOF , in collecting tanks-reclaimers and reactors-converter of shop obmyvochnykh water.
