Proposed useful model relates to the field of metallurgy of non-ferrous, rare, scattered and radioactive metals and can be used for complex processing of, neutralization of and deactivation of radioactive waste, formed at reprocessing of rare metal mineral raw materials, in particular, proposed invention may be realized for deactivation waste in process of loparite concentrate chlorination-radioactive salt solutions and shop obmyvochnykh water. -The proposed utility model is to diffusion lu efficiency and complexity of processing radioactive waste. Technical result, which can be obtained at implementation of proposed technical solution consists in additional extraction from salt solutions-from SOF compounds nb, the, ti and rare-earth elements and provides conditions their utilization in "head" process-in compartment of loparite concentrate chlorination. Or problem is solved with achievement of higher than the said technical result of the proposed utility model- "production technological separation for complex of processing and deactivation of radioactive waste at rare metal production" including reactors-converter of solutions from hydro wash exhausted salt reflux filter melt (SOF)-and shop obmyvochnykh water, tank with stirrer for preparation of solution hydro ksida of sodium, connected through metering with reactors-converters, filter-extruders for isolating from pulp radioactive oksigidratnykh sediments and sediments, containing rare, dissipated and rare-earth metals, drying chamber, prokalochnuyu furnace, equipped with unloading device and system of dust collection. New in proposed technical solution is, that "production process separation of" has additionally collecting tanks-reclaimers solutions from hydro wash of spent melt SOF and shop obmyvochnykh water, reactor for preliminary treatment of solution (of pulp)- SOF , having compound through batcher with tank for preparation of solution hydro ksida sodium and additionally installed tank with mixer for preparing a solution of high molecular flocculant, for example hydro lizovannogo polyacrylamide and batcher, branch pipe lower drain of this reactor is directed on vacuum nutch-filter, the outlet of which purified from solid solution phase is connected with reactor-neutralizer solution of SOF , and unloading unit sediment with nutch-filter has connection with installed before drying chamber the mixer, reactors-converter are equipped with heating device, made, mainly, in the form of a vertically installed pipe for feeding in lower zone of the reactor of live steam, to each reactor-neutralizer placed rod with electrodes ph meters, having mating with locking-control valve, mounted on feed line for solution of hydro ksida of sodium from metering in reactors of-converter, output mother solutions after isolation from pulp radioactive oksigidratnykh sediments on filter-press FP -1 is directed into reactor-neutralizer solutions SOF , in collecting tanks-reclaimers shop obmyvochnykh water and into reactor-neutralizer shop obmyvochnykh water
