PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a highly dielectric elastomer composition by compounding CaO-SrO-Li2O-Re2O3-TiO2-based highly dielectric ceramics obtained at a low cost by SHS (self propagating high temperature synthesis), widening the particle diameter distribution, affording higher filling and having excellent dielectric characteristics, to provide a method for producing the same and to provide an electronic part for high frequency using the material.
SOLUTION : The highly dielectric elastomer composition is obtained by compounding the CaO-SrO-Li2O-Re2O3-TiO2-based highly dielectric ceramics (wherein, Re is a rare earth element) with an elastomer. The highly dielectric ceramics are prepared by compounding powder in reaction raw materials containing at least Ti powder having 0.01-2 m2/g specific surface area, an ionic binding substance to be an oxygen supply source, CaCO3, SrCO3, Li2CO3 and Re2O3 in a prescribed ratio, respectively and carrying out the SHS at ≥1, 500°C heat insulating flame temperature.
