PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a magnetic circuit conducting an electricity through an excitation coil capable of changing over a magnetic-action surface to an excited state and a non-excited state by a small power consumption, and generating no damage of a permanent magnet even when a ferrite magnet and a rare earth magnet being excellent in magnetic characteristics as the permanent magnet but being brittle in the quality of the material are used in the magnetic circuit with the permanent magnet and the excitation coil.
SOLUTION : The magnetic circuit is constituted so that the damage of the permanent magnet is prevented by fixedly arranging the permanent magnet on a first yoke, and a changeover yoke is moved by an instantaneous conduction through the excitation coil. The magnetic circuit is further constituted so that a magnetic connection is changed over between the first yoke and a second yoke; and a magnetic flux from the permanent magnet is changed over to the excited state passing through the magnetic-action surface, and the passive state passing no magnetic-action surface.
