PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a radiation-curable composition of rapid curability, high in productivity and suppressed in thermal history. SOLUTION : The curable composition comprises (A) an oxypropylene-based polymer having in the molecule at least one alkenyl group subject to hydrosilylation reaction, (B) a compound having in the molecule at least two hydrosilyl groups, (C) a hydrosilylation catalyst and (D) a rare earth metal atom-containing compound.
