PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an air ion generating molding and air ion generator capable of quickly removing free chlorines in water and malodor, and also sterilizing bacteria. SOLUTION : The air ion generation molding including elements of immobilized mixture of minerals, and the ion generator, having air permeability, is mainly composed of a mixture of porous minerals, a mineral including rare elements, or either tourmaline or far-infrared radiation ceramic, or alternatively a mixture of active carbon and a mineral including rare elements, or either tourmaline or far-infrared radiation ceramic.
