PURPOSE : A production system of recycled aggregate using a rotary crusher for waste concrete crushing is provided to improve grain size and shape of circulation aggregate and produce aggregate and sand of high quality by crushing and discharging mortar lump supplied along with circulation aggregate and delaminating and discharging mortar adhered onto the surface of the circulation aggregate at the same time. CONSTITUTION : A production system of recycled aggregate using a rotary crusher for waste concrete crushing comprises : a jaw crusher(300) for obtaining aggregate by crushing waste concrete injected from a hopper(210) through a vibration feeder(200); a vibration screen(500) for removing earth from the aggregate; a jaw crusher(310) for crushing the earth removed aggregate; a vibration screen(600) for separating three types of aggregates such as sand, gravel, etc. per sizes from the crushed aggregate; a cone crusher(320) for crushing and sorting the aggregate that is not separated by the vibration screen(600); a rotary crusher(100) for crushing mortar lump in circulation aggregates sorted in the vibration screen(600) and used as sand and delaminating mortar adhered onto the circulation aggregates; and a vibration screen(700) for sorting the aggregates. © KIPO 2007
