An electrodeless fluorescent lamp having a spirally guide-railed core is provided to simplify an assembling process thereof by forming an electric coil on an outer circumference of the spirally guide-railed core. A discharge tube includes a flare part. The flare part is extended from one end thereof to an inside of a lamp receptacle, and is combined with the lamp receptacle in order to be connected with a cylindrical part. The lamp receptacle includes an ionization filler having a rare gas. The lamp receptacle further includes a cylindrical end and is sealed by using a vacuum compression method. A heat conducting element is formed within a core(21) and is extended to the outside of the lamp receptacle within the discharge tube. A power coupler is fixed to the lamp receptacle. The core is formed of a soft magnetic material. A plurality of spiral guiding grooves(41) are formed at a predetermined interval along an outer circumference of the core.
