PURPOSE : A photosensitive lead free glass composition for partition wall of plasma display panel is provided to be harmless to human body and environment, and to form partition wall pattern with high precision for the plasma display panel by comprising SiO2, B2O3, Al2O3, ZnO, alkali metal and alkali-earth metal oxides in desired composition ratios. CONSTITUTION : The composition comprises : 10 to 30wt.%% of SiO2; 10 to 30wt.%% of B2O3; 10 to 30wt.%% of Al2O3; 3 to 10wt.%% of ZnO; 5 to 15wt.%% of alkali metal oxide; and 5 to 20wt.%% of alkali-earth metal oxide. The alkali metal oxide is selected from Li2O, Na2O and K3O while the alkali-earth metal oxide is selected from BaO, MgO, CaO and SrO. The composition has refractory ratio of 1.5 to 1.65 and glass transition point ranging 480 to 550deg.C as well as thermal expansion coefficient of 51 x 10^(-7) to 91 x 10^(-7)/K. The composition further includes glass filler containing 0.1 to 10wt.%% of at least one selected from TiO2 and P2O5. © KIPO 2007
