PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a binding apparatus which is simple, rare in damage and comparatively calmly works. SOLUTION : A placing device 80 is moved downward for placing a binding clip. Then, when moved upwards, a molding device 60 is swung outside when the placing device 80 is moved downward by moving of a control pin 65 provided to a wire pinching lever 63 fitted, in a freely swingable manner, thereto along a cam 72 of a control block 70. When the placing device 80 moves upwards, the placing device 80 is swung to a different point when the placing device moves upwards. COPYRIGHT : (C)2007, JPO&INPIT
