THE METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE POWDER IRRADIATING A FAR-INFRARED RADIATION AND ANION

A process of preparing far-infrared ray and anion emission powder is provided to produce the powder from mineral source of the powder, which emits far-infrared ray and anion and shows physiological activity by culturing and proliferating microorganisms on the mineral source. The process includes the steps of : purifying mineral source emitting far-infrared ray and anion; culturing the purified material with microorganisms during stirring at constant temperature for constant time to produce large amount of microorganisms; proliferating microorganism cells and enzymes in a dry furnace to obtain viscosity and physiological activity; and breaking the obtained dry coagulate into powders with 200 to 250 meshes. The mineral source includes 60 to 85wt.% of kaolin and 15 to 40wt.% of montmorillonite. The process further includes steps of adding 0.02 to 0.05wt% of rare-earth element to the broken powder after the breaking step, and of milling the mixture to form microfine powder with 350 to 450 meshes.
