PURPOSE : A method for recycling waste organic matters into fuel oil by using rare-earth as a catalyst is provided to secure high recovery rate of oil products, to reduce amount of solid matters remaining in a reactor, and to make environment-friendly oil products without offensive odor.CONSTITUTION : The method for recycling waste organic matters into fuel oil by using rare-earth as a catalyst comprises a dissolving, reforming, and vaporizing step for mixing and inserting La2O3(Lanthanum Oxide) of 0.2~0.4Kg per a ton of the waste organic matters like waste tires, waste vinyl, and waste styrofoam in a main reactor and then, dissolving and vaporizing the mixture at the reactor temperature of 400~450°C with reforming the mixture and a cooling/condensing step for cooling/condensing the dissolved, reformed, and vaporized waste organic matters.
