PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a composite dielectric material which has a high dielectric constant εr and Q value, and which has a small temperature change rate τf of a specific dielectric constant.
SOLUTION : This composite dielectric material contains dielectric ceramics and an organic polymer material. A dielectric porcelain composition which is expressed by a composition formula {Ba6-3x[(La1-wREw)1-yBiy]8+2x}zTi18O36+18Z (wherein w, x, y, and z are respectively 0.28≤w≤0.99, 0.5≤x≤0.9, 0.10≤y≤0.27, and 0.8≤z≤1.2, and RE represents a rare-earth element except La), and in which the average ionic radius of the total rare earth elements is 1.08 Å to 1.13 Å is used as the dielectric ceramics. In this composition formula, it is preferable that z is 0.8≤z≤1.0. Moreover, Mn of 0.04-1.00 mol% in terms of MnO may be added to the dielectric porcelain composition.
