PURPOSE : Provided is a fluid-bed catalyst for preparing ethylene and propylene via catalytic cracking of naphtha, which solves the problems of a relatively low reaction temperature, low catalytic activity and poor selectivity, occurring in the prior art.
CONSTITUTION : The fluid-bed catalyst for preparing ethylene and propylene via catalytic cracking comprises a carrier comprising at least one selected from SiO2, Al2O3, molecular sieves and composite molecular sieves, and a composition based on a stoichiometric ratio and represented by the formula of Mo1.0VaAbBcCdOx. In the formula, A is at least one element selected from Group VIII, IB, IIB, VIIB, VIB, IA and IIA elements; B is at least one rare earth metal element; C is at least one of Bi and P; each of a, b and c is 0.01-5; d is 0-0.5; and X is the total number of oxygen atoms satisfying the valence numbers of the above elements. In the catalyst, the molecular sieve is at least one selected from ZSM-5, Y, beta, MCM-22, SAPO-34 and mordenite, the composite molecular sieve is grown from at least two of ZSM-5, y, beta, MCM-22, SAPO-34 and mordenite, and the carrier is used in an amount of 20-80 wt%% based on the total weight of the catalyst.
