FIELD : conical vibratory crusher for production of crushed cubic stone used in construction industry, and also for ore preparing at ore preparation plants for rare-metal ores or diamond-bearing ores, where excessive grinding of product is inadmissible. SUBSTANCE : conical vibratory crusher has outer housing resiliently mounted on support and provided with drive vibrators with out-of-phase self-synchronization. Axially aligned internal movable cone and drive are placed within casing. Vibrator pins are located on outer housing for angular displacement relative to vertical axis and are positioned at an angle of 30-55 deg in opposite direction relative to vertical plane. Movable internal cone is positioned by means of silent block. Reversal-type drive is used in construction. EFFECT : increased efficiency and extent of crushing materials. 1 dwg
