PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To carry out radiographic operations during rounds efficiently and to alleviate burdens imposed on an examiner or a doctor in charge. SOLUTION : A radiographic system for round is provided which comprises a radiographic apparatus for round and an information management apparatus arranged within a management room. The radiographic apparatus for round has a round-side transmission means for transmitting acquired image data by radio, a round-side reception means for receiving imaging completion information or re-imaging command information transmitted by radio from the information management apparatus, and an information display means for displaying the imaging completion information or the re-imaging command information received by the round-side reception means. The information management apparatus has a management-side reception means for receiving the image data transmitted by radio from the radiographic apparatus for round, and a management-side transmission means. The information management apparatus inputs image completion information "OK" or re-imaging command information "re-imaging" on an operation panel on the basis of the received image data, and transmits the information by radio to the radiographic apparatus for round.
