PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide rare-earth magnet power having been subjected to high-temperature hydrogen heat treatment and having high anisotropy, and a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION : The rare-earth magnet power having been subjected to high-temperature hydrogen heat treatment has a composition of a rare-earth element (R) including yttrium (Y) of 11 to 15 at%, B of 5 to 8 at%, one or two kinds of Ga and Nb of 0.01 to 1.0 at%, respectively, and Fe and unavoidable impurities as the rest. The rare-earth magnet power having been subjected to high-temperature hydrogen heat treatment has a composition of R of 11 to 15 at%, B of 5 to 8 at%, Co of 25 at% or less, one or two kinds of Ga and Nb of 0.01 to 1.0 at%, respectively, and Fe and unavoidable impurities as the rest.
