PURPOSE : Provided is a levee cover which prevents an use of excess toxic herbicide and thus an occurring of patients suffering from a disease caused by a defoliant, and which obviates needs for weed-killer and thus saves energy cost and labor. CONSTITUTION : The levee cover(2) is attached or connected to a levee cross-blocker(1). The levee cover(2) comprises an axis band made of rubbers, synthetic fibers, chemical materials, polyvinyl chloride(PVC), urethane, iron, metal materials, and so on. The levee cover(2) covers desired entire area such as field or road by using industrial sewing machine, and piece or pin on circumference of front side thereof. In order to attach or secure the levee cover to the cross-blocker(1) and completely bury the levee cover(2) in earth of field, the cross-blocker(1) comprises protrusion(3). © KIPO 2007
