FIELD : antiicing materials.SUBSTANCE : invention relates to processes for preparing preparations and composite materials used in municipal economy and road-transport engineering to treat pavements in order to prevent icing, to thawing and destroying ice on motor roads, pedestrian crossings and the like. Process of invention comprises processing solid magnesium production waste in the form of alkali and alkali-earth metal chlorides, their heat treatment and grinding. Ground salt waste is mixed with waste obtained from treatment of magnesium production emission gases in the form of spent pulp in proportions favoring formation of saturated solution of alkali and alkali-earth metal chlorides with content of calcium chloride 150 to 450 g/L. Resulting mixture is subjected to heat treatment to achieve residual moisture 3-15%. Salt waste is mixed with above solution via circulation in leaching reactor system including stirrer, pump, and circulation tank. Resulting composite mixture van be circulated to form solution, which is saturated regarding sum of magnesium, calcium, potassium, and sodium chlorides. In addition, heat treatment of liquid composite mixture is conducted in fluidized bed furnace at starting temperature of gas carrier 800-1200°C and end temperature 100-200°C.EFFECT : extended resource of raw materials for antiicing reagents, reduced loss of raw materials, and improved quality of product.5 cl
