PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To construct an insertion hole for a large cable in a wall part without boring. SOLUTION : This remote control unit is provided with a remote control operating machine 2 for indicating operation of an apparatus, and the bathroom side apparatus 3 operated by receiving indication from the remote control operating machine 2. The remote control operating machine 2 is provided with a remote control side electrode 4 which can be touched by fingers of a user, a data transmission part 5 transmitting operation data via the remote control side electrode 4, and a circuit ground 10 electrically joining the data transmission part 5 and an earth E. The bathroom side apparatus 3 is provided with apparatus side electrodes 11 and 12 which can be electrically joined to the user, a data receiving part 13 receiving via the apparatus side electrodes 11 and 12, a circuit ground 15 electrically joining the data receiving part 13 and the earth E, and a control part 14 operating apparatuses 16 and 17 in response to operation data received by the data receiving part 13. The operation data is transmitted to the apparatus side electrodes 11 and 12 by using one part of the body of the user as a transmission path via the remote control side electrode 4.
