PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a laminated ceramic substrate, wherein firing can be performed at a low temperature and the diffusion of Ag from a conductive layer to a dielectric layer is suppressed at the time of firing. SOLUTION : The laminated ceramic substrate is obtained by laminating and firing the dielectric layer and the conductive layer. The dielectric layer consists mainly of a dielectric material expressed by a composition formula, (a)Li2O-(b)(CaO1-x-SrOx)-(c)R2O3-(d)TiO2 (where, (x) satisfies 0≤x<1, R is at least one kind selected from rare earth elements including La and Y and (a), (b), (c) and (d) respectively satisfy 0
