"Process For Depolymerization Of [...][...][...] Pyrolysis Route". describes a process for the depolymerization of acrylic polymers route catalytic pyrolysis comprising contacting the polymer (sec) (sec) (sec) acrylic with between 1 and 20% by weight, relative to the weight of polymer, of a catalyst with high accessibility of at least 3.0 [...], in inert gas atmosphere under pressure between 1 and 2 [...], at temperatures between 200C and 400W, obtained by heating at a rate of between 10C and 30C./ minute, the reaction occurring during a time interval between 200 and 400 [...], and separating and collecting the gasses corresponding monomers. Temperatures are lower than those of practiced the art processes. A preferred mode of preparing the catalyst involves a high accessibility zeolite in the form sodium prepared in (1) reactor and sent to a mixing tank (3), added to the other ingredients of the matrix, obtaining a precursor mixture dried in dryer at (4) electrospray to yield the catalyst that is resuspended and washed with ammonium sulfate and water and can be exchanged with rare earth ion (5) so as to contain between 0 and 14% by weight of rare earth, relative to the weight of the zeolite and sent to the [...] (6). The catalyst may undergo one or more additional washing steps with solution ammonium sulfate and (7) state in exchange. Alternatively, the catalyst is dried at 150 - 160C and washed soon after the change in (5), dispensing the calcining in (6).
