PURPOSE : Provided is a paint composition which radiates far infrared rays, emits anions and is excellent in contamination resistance, adhesive strength, corrosion resistance and durability. CONSTITUTION : The paint composition comprises an inorganic pasting material; and a water-soluble top coat material. The inorganic pasting material comprises 30-40 wt%% of an inorganic resin powder; 10-20 wt%% of a ceramic powder selected from the group consisting of zeolite, jade, yellow soil, volcanic ash, glass bead, titanium dioxide nanoparticle, rare earth and their mixture; 5-10 wt%% of anatase titanium dioxide; and the balance of silicon oxide. The water-soluble top coat material comprises 20-30 wt%% of a silicone acrylic emulsion; 10-20 wt%% of a ceramic powder selected from the group consisting of zeolite, jade, yellow soil, volcanic ash, glass bead, titanium dioxide nanoparticle, rare earth and their mixture; 20-30 wt%% of calcium carbonate; 5-10 wt%% of rutile titanium dioxide; 3-5 wt%% of a silicon micropowder; and the balance of water. © KIPO 2007
