PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a sealed material conformed to a specific condition of an outer tube bulb in the metal halide sealed material for a metal halide discharge lamp that has an ionizable sealed material having containing at least one inert gas, mercury and a metal halogen compound in at least one halogen which includes Tl, Na and rare earths as a metal for a halogen compound.
