PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a dielectric ceramic with high εr and high Q value in high frequency region, and small temperature coefficient τf at resonance frequency. SOLUTION : The dielectric ceramic is composed of oxides containing at least rare an earth element (Ln), Al, M (M is Ca and/or Sr) and Ti as metallic elements, and at least a part of the Al exists as crystal phases of β-Al2O3 and/or [!theta!]-Al2O3.
