PURPOSE : A system for manufacturing sand by processing construction waste and rock in a dry and wet manner is provided to utilize the rock with lowered practice use degree and much wastes, which are discharged from redeveloped and rebuilt site, at the same time so as to produce the sand with the nearly same quality as natural one. CONSTITUTION : The system for manufacturing sand by processing construction waste and rock in a dry and wet manner comprises : an aggregate input device(100), into which the rock is input so as to be crushed to a determined grain size through a jaw crusher and many cone crushers; a waste concrete processing device(200), into which the waste concrete is input so as to be crushed to a determined grain size through a jaw crusher and many cone crushers so that the crushed material is re-crushed through a sand mill and sand is produced and that the impalpable powder contained in the sand is sorted by a powder processing unit(255); a dry processing device, having a vibrating screen, a cone crusher, and a powder collecting unit(370); and a wet processing device. © KIPO 2006
