PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a metal tantalum nanosheet with a high specific surface area utilizing a metal tantalum nanosheet obtained by reducing a tantalum pentoxide nanosheet obtained by a fluidized interfacial sol-gel process.
SOLUTION : A tantalum oxide nanosheet having a controlled thickness and a uniform structure produced by dissolving a precursor polymerized by partially hydrolyzing a chemically-modified tantalum alkoxide into a solvent having a suitable solubility to water, and adopting a fluidized interfacial sol-gel process where the precursor is precisely dropt onto a water face fluidizing by a chemical-designed process, so as to be developed is reduced with alkali, alkali-earth or rare earth metal vapor, thus the metal tantalum nanosheet is obtained.
