PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To improve a regenerating efficiency and to make concentration of rare ammonia water solution uniform by providing a baffle plate for guiding heated ammonia water solution supplied to a gas-liquid separating space to a lower second storage chamber, and feeding the solution in the chamber to an absorber. SOLUTION : Ammonia water solution stored in a first storage chamber 6 is heated by a heater 9, and then diffused from an opening 11 of a container body 2 into a gas-liquid separating space 3 via a supply tube 10. And, heated ammonia water solution mixed with vapor is collided with a baffle plate 12, dropped in a lower second storage chamber 7, and the vapor is moved from a communicating space at a side of the plate 12 to an upper filler 4 side. Liquid stored in the chamber 7 is transferred to an absorber via a feeding tube 13. Thus, concentration of the rare ammonia water solution removed from the regenerator can be maintained constantly to improve its regenerating efficiency.
