PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide multifunctional interlining substances increased in antibacterial and deodorant activities by utilizing far-infrared radiated simultaneously with release of negative ion and by photocatalytic activities. SOLUTION : The interlining substance is obtained by coating a resin composition on substances such as nonwoven fabrics, woven fabrics, knitted fabrics and felts, which resin composition contains a polymer composition hardly charged with static electricity, minerals including a rare element and one of tourmaline or a far-infrared radiation ceramic, or which resin composition is added and mixed with a photocatalytic functional material to increase antibacterial and deodorant activities.
