FIELD : technological processes.
SUBSTANCE : invention relates to the leaching of metals from ores and concentrates. In the method, the device contains a reactor from acid-resistant and heat-resistant material, made with a choke for loading into it the raw materials in the form of pulp, a pressure tank for feeding the reagent into the reactor in the form of an acid solution or sodium chloride solution and an ultrasonic disperser placed in the reactor and an electrode unit connected to a direct current source. Said device is equipped with a system for purging the reactor with air for exhausting gaseous products and electrolysis gases, the electrode unit contains as electrodes a titanium anode with an active coating based on mixed oxides of iridium, ruthenium and titanium and a titanium cathode, and the reactor is equipped with a mixing device, a tubular thermal heater with a built-in thermocouple and a pulp outlet fitting located above the top level of the electrodes of the electrode unit.
EFFECT : improved leaching of concentrates of non-ferrous and rare metals.
