PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of a yellow earth vegetation block is provided to purify the flowing water by using mineral components generated from the yellow earth and to neutralize the toxic component of the cement. CONSTITUTION : The manufacturing method of yellow earth vegetation block includes the steps of : a first mixing of mixing 30-50 weight%% of yellow earth, 5-15weight%% of activated yellow earth, 5-15 weight%% of sands, and 5-15 weight%% of stone dust; a second mixing of 7-18 weight%% of Portland cement, 2-9 weight%% of gypsum board, 2-9 weight%% of lime, 2-9 weight%% of blast furnace slag, 1-4 weight%% of metakaoline, 0.5-2 weight%% of fly ash, and 0.5-2 weight%% of paper mulberry paper sludge; mixing 0.1-0.9 weight%% of poly naphthalene water reducing agent, 0.1-0.5 weight%% of poly carboxylate water reducing agent with 10-20weight%% of water based on the total weight and injecting them into a mixer and performing third mixing for 3-4 minutes; injecting material into a forming mold and performing vibration forming thereof with 5 ton of pressure, and performing natural curing thereof for 4-10 hours and curing it in a steam curing chamber at 80deg.C for 8-10 hours. © KIPO 2006
