PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an apparatus capable of effectively preventing the deterioration in the field of view or the work environment due to dust generated in charging materials into a hopper in a processing site for processing earth and sand, construction waste or the like. SOLUTION : The dust removal apparatus is attached to a processing system and has; the hopper for charging materials such as construction waste; and a conveyor for carrying the materials charged from the hopper to a predetermined position. The apparatus has; a spraying device, at the opening of the hopper, for splaying fine liquid; a tunnel-like cover for covering and sealing the outer periphery of the conveyor from the hopper to the separate predetermined position on the downstream side in a conveyor carrying step; and further, a dust collection device for sucking and removing dust and liquid particles circulating through inside the cover.
