PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor and its manufacturing method wherein, if a dielectric porcelain composed of BST crystal particles and BT crystal particles is used as a dielectric layer, variations of the particle growth of the BST crystal particles are small, and even in a mass production using a tunnel type large-sized sintering furnace, a specific inductive capacity, a temperature characteristic, and a high temperature load test characteristic can be enhanced. SOLUTION : A main crystal particle is a crystal particle in which Ba and Ti are main components and an Sr component concentration is different, and which contains Mg, an rare earth element and Mn. When Ba or a combined amount of Ba and Ca is A mol and Ti is B mol, there is provided a capacitor body 1 obtained by alternately stacking a dielectric layer 5 which satisfies a relationship of A/B≥1.003 at a mol ratio and an internal electrode layer 7.
