PURPOSE : Wastewater pretreating and flow controlling equipment for wastewater treatment apparatus is provided to stably treat wastewater in the wastewater treatment apparatus and constantly maintain treatment efficiency of wastewater by partially treating wastewater and constantly flowing the partially treated wastewater into the wastewater treatment apparatus. CONSTITUTION : A wastewater pretreating and flow controlling equipment for wastewater treatment apparatus comprises : a screen tank(10) to which a wastewater inflow pipe(11) is connected, and in which a screen mesh(12) is installed; a separation tank(20) for removing earth and sand, and oils from wastewater passing through the screen tank; an anaerobic tank(30) which is connected to the separation tank, and in which a fluidized-bed contact media is mounted; a flow equalization tank(40) for controlling a flow amount of the wastewater after finely degrading organic materials of wastewater passing through the anaerobic tank; a weighing vessel(50) installed in an upper part of the flow equalization tank to flow a predetermined quantity of wastewater passing through the flow equalization tank into the wastewater treatment apparatus; and an air lift(60) of which one end is connected to the flow equalization tank, and of which the other end is connected to the weighing vessel to flow a certain quantity of wastewater treated in the flow equalization tank into the weighing vessel. © KIPO 2006
