PURPOSE : Nd-Fe-B based rare-earth permanent magnet materials are provided to suppress the growth of abnormal particles, to widen an optimal sintering temperature range, and to secure favorable magnetic characteristics at high carbon and low oxygen concentration by finely precipitating at least two kinds of M-B(Boron) compounds, M-B-Cu(Copper) compounds, and M-C(Carbon) compounds, and R oxides.
CONSTITUTION : In R-Fe(Iron)-Co(Cobalt)-B(Boron)-Al(Aluminum)-Cu(Copper) based rare-earth permanent magnet materials, R is one or two kinds of Nd(Neodymium), Pr(Praseodymium), Dy(Dysprosium), Tb(Terbium), and Ho(Holmium). R contains Nd of 15~33wt%%. At least two kinds of M-B compounds, M-B-Cu compounds, and M-C compounds and R oxides are precipitated from alloys. The precipitated compounds have the mean particle diameter below 5 micron meters. The compounds of the alloys are adjacently precipitated with keeping a maximum gap below 50 micron meters.
