PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To obtain a good bonding state even at a low bonding temperature in bonding of aluminum nitride sintered bodies. SOLUTION : A bonding agent comprising a flux containing calcium oxide aluminate or calcium oxide and aluminum oxide and containing less than 5 wt.% rare-earth elements, and aluminum nitride powder, is interposed between a plurality of aluminum nitride sintered bodies and these are heated at a bonding temperature of 1, 500°C or less.
