PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor where dispersion of growth of a BCT crystal grain is small even if a dielectric porcelain constituted of the BCT crystal grain and a BT crystal grain is used as a dielectric layer and specific inductive capacity, a temperature characteristic and a high temperature load test characteristic can be improved in mass production manufacture using a tunnel-type large baking furnace, and to provide a manufacturing method of the capacitor. SOLUTION : The capacitor is provided with a capacitor main body 1 where the dielectric layer 5 in which a perovskite-type barium titanate crystal grain different in Ca component concentration comprises Mg, a rare earth element and Mn, and which satisfies a relation of A/B≥1.003 by a mole ratio when barium or barium and Ca are set to be A sites and titanium to be a B site and an inner electrode layer 7 are alternately laminated.
