PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To impart excellent adhesive properties to a rare earth sintered magnet having a resin film. SOLUTION : The rare earth sintered magnet in which the resin film is formed on a surface is irradiated with ultraviolet ozone. An adhesive inhibitor on the film surface is removed by the ultraviolet-ozone irradiation, the surface is improved and a bonding is conducted. When an epoxy-resin film is used as the film, the survival rate of the adhesive inhibitor is set in 40% or less. An acrylic adhesive is used as an adhesive in this case. COPYRIGHT : (C)2006, JPO&NCIPI
