Cement corollary coating composition for concrete surface without hexavalent chrome

PURPOSE : A cement concrete coating composition without hexa-valent chrome is provided to form a coating material for concrete face with improved smoothness by applying the coating material after adding water to the coating material, and to improve adhesiveness between the concrete face and a finishing material by comprising cement, microfine aggregate, gypsum anhydride or calcium carbonate, and re-emulsification type of powder resin, as well as typical additives. CONSTITUTION : The cement concrete coating composition comprises : 40-60wt.%% of cement; 30-50wt.%% of microfine aggregate having below 0.6mm meshes; 4-10wt.%% of gypsum anhydride or calcium carbonate powder; 0.8-2wt.%% of re-emulsification type of powder resin; 0.3-0.8wt.%% of FeSO4.7H2O, 0.2-0.3wt.%% of thickening protection agent; 0.1-0.2wt.%% of a dispersing agent; and 0.1-0.2wt.%% of a defoaming agent. The re-emulsification type of powder resin is based on any one selected from acryl, vinyl acetate, vinyl ethylene acetate and synthetic rubber. The composition further includes an injection type of coating material and 25-35wt.%% of water. © KIPO 2006
