PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a highly efficient method of manufacturing recycled aggregate by which a raw material is supplied to a sieving process and a re-crushing process to be switched and to provide an apparatus therefor. SOLUTION : The apparatus for manufacturing the recycled aggregate is composed of : a feeder 1 for supplying the raw material being civil engineering and building scrap; a crusher 2 for crushing the supplied raw material; a switching apparatus 4 for switching a supply rout of the raw material crushed by the crusher 2 to one selected from a plurality of the supply routs; the supply rout 5 for introducing the raw material switched and supplied by the switching apparatus 4 into the crusher; a sieving apparatus 3 for sieving out the raw material switched and supplied by the switching apparatus 4 by particle size; and recovery apparatuses 8, 14, 12 for recovering the sieved raw material by particle size.
