PURPOSE : A component processing method and a system are provided to quickly fabricate components containing composite materials including chipping brittle substances. CONSTITUTION : A component processing method comprises a first step for supplying at least one workpiece(20); a second step for supplying an electroerosion device(10) having an electrode mechanism(30); and a third step for removing at least a portion(18) of at least one workpiece by operating the electroerosion device on at least one workpiece. The workpiece contains magnetic materials. The magnetic material contains at least one samarium-cobalt and rare earth ferrum-boron. The first step comprises a first process for supplying plural workpieces and a second process for forming composite materials by assembling plural workpieces.
