PURPOSE : A non-power device for covering a ridge with a plastic film is provided to solve the problem of the loose covering of ridges and to improve a ridge-covering process precisely and correctly. CONSTITUTION : The non-power device for covering a ridge with a plastic film is operated by : pulling a handle(1) so as to rotate a plastic film bobbin mounted to a bobbin roller(3) of a bobbin supporter(2) along the ridge for unwinding the plastic film; covering the ridge with the plastic film as the wheels for covering a plastic film on the main frame(4) moves along the cleaved side of the ridge; and covering the each side of the plastic film covering the ridge with earth for fixing the plastic film, wherein the rotational supporter(11) is fixed through an extension spring at the lower part of the fixed supporter(13) so as to be elastically moved, and ridge cutting blades(10) are fixed to the lower part of the rotational supporter so that the ridge cutting blades elastically contacts with earth. © KIPO 2006
