PURPOSE : A red mulching film that can inhibit the growth of a nematode which is the most harmful insect damaging the crops and improve the development of fruits and vegetables growing on earth or trunk is provided. CONSTITUTION : A red mulching film having the effect of preventing damage from disease and harmful insects according to the present invention comprises single layer or at least two layers and the film contains : a) 100 parts by weight of base resin; b) 1 to 2 parts by weight of ultra-violet scattering agent; and c) 1 to 5 parts by weight of red wavelength generation reinforcing agent.
