PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a thermoelectric oxide material which can obtain a high output factor through a simple manufacture process and can be manufactured at a low cost without using a rare element of a rare earth metal element etc. SOLUTION : The thermoelectric oxide material is composed of a crystal particle having at least two different crystal structures, and the at least different two crystal structures are a perovskite structure expressed by ABO3 and a Brownmillerite structure expressed by A2B2O5.
